Yakima Bears fans are celebrating Yang Carlos Perez's selection as NWL Player of the Week. Perez assembled some pretty stout credentials over the past seven days. He coaxed 10 hits out of 20 at bats and jogged down to first 3 times as well. The 22-year-old second baseman brought 3 runners home and hit 1 home run.
