Monday, September 10th, 2007: Dunedin Blue Jays Capture Round 1
The celebrations have begun. The streets are alive with people and the confetti is flying. The Dunedin Blue Jays have done it -- they won the 2007 Round 1. The Blue Jays defeated the Jupiter Hammerheads 5-4 at Blue Jays Ballpark to take the title. Dunedin took the series 3-2 for their 2nd Florida State League championship.

After the game, the victorious Blue Jays manager told the secret to his team's great season and Round 1 triumph, "The harder you work, the luckier you get," he said. "As far as I'm concerned, I'm the luckiest guy in the world today."

The new champions finished first in the regular season with a 81-59 record in the West Division.
